Questions & answers

Can I try QR codes for free?

Of course! Your first 14 days are on us. Simply create your free account to get started. If you love it, you can continue using by providing us with your payment details.

When is my plan ready to use?

Immediately after you have selected your plan, entered your payment details, and placed your order! It's that easy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In case you don't want your contract renewed, an informal email is sufficient. The notice period is always 30 days before the end of the billing cycle.

What happens to my QR codes if I stop paying?

Static QR codes (Wi-Fi, vCard, text and other non-tracked codes) keep working forever. Dynamic QR codes pause until you choose a plan again, and resume as soon as you do. Nothing is deleted.

What's the difference between static and dynamic QR codes?

A static code stores its content directly in the pattern, so it can't be changed or tracked. A dynamic code points to a short link you control: you can change where it goes after printing, pause it, and see every scan in your analytics.
